Fee Structure
Codex, adhering to its management policy, ensures that reasonable fees are charged from its customers for the services it offers. Charges depend on several factors but not limited to:
- Scope of the certification
- Number of sites
- Location of the site
- Number of processes
- Total manpower in the organization & other related factors
Audit charges are determined based on the total man-hour requirement, which is calculated based on international guidelines and best practices. The total fee for certification is inclusive of man-day fees,
- Registration fees
- Document review/administration fees
- Surveillance fees
Additional charges extra for the following :
- Additional copies of certificates, as required
- Follow-up visits as required
